1. Nature of Product

Our products are digital software source codes, delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed or delivered, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Demo-Based Purchase Policy

  • A demo version of the software is provided or shown before purchase.

  • Customers are strongly advised to review the demo carefully to ensure it meets their requirements.

  • By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the demo functionality.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be approved only if:

  • The delivered software is materially different from the demo shown, and

  • The mismatch affects core features or functionality demonstrated in the demo, and

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear evidence (screenshots/video).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use or modify the source code

  • Hosting, server, domain, or local environment issues

  • Feature requests or customizations not shown in the demo

  • Delay or failure due to third-party services

  • Purchase made without reviewing the demo

  • Minor UI/UX differences that do not affect core functionality

5. Return Policy

Since this is a digital product, returns are not applicable once the source code or access has been delivered.

6. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider

7. Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed carefully.
Hub4Source IT reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return cases.
